One day and Weekend Mind, Body, Spirit workshops on wellness and grief occur throughout the year. These events are designed to feed you spiritually and emotionally. You will receive multiple therapeutic techniques that will allow you to go home with new perspectives as well as new tools to manage the experience recovery.
