Grieving the loss of a loved one is a deeply personal and often isolating journey. Our 7-week grief group is designed to provide a supportive, intimate space where you can process your grief, connect with others who understand your pain, and begin to rebuild hope for the future. Limited to no more than 8 participants, this small, welcoming group ensures a safe and confidential environment for meaningful sharing and healing.
What to Expect:
This group meets once a week for two hours over seven weeks, offering a structured blend of psychoeducation, personal reflection, creative expression, and peer connection. Each session is thoughtfully crafted to guide you through the complexities of grief while equipping you with tools and insights to navigate your unique journey.
Who This Group Is For:
This group is open to adults (18+) who are grieving the loss of a loved one, whether the loss is recent or occurred years ago. You may feel stuck, lonely, or unsure of how to move forward—this group is a place to explore those feelings and discover ways to honor your loss while finding moments of peace and hope.
