Grief is a natural response to loss, yet many of us have never been taught how to navigate it in a healthy way. Through her own experiences with loss, Jessica has learned firsthand the difference between adaptive and maladaptive coping. When she finally encountered a path to healthy grieving, she discovered her calling: to help others walk through their own grief journeys. Her goal is to provide a space where individuals can process their loss, honor their loved ones, and gradually move toward a place of healing and peace.
You don’t have to navigate grief alone. Join us on the second Saturday of each month for a free, supportive gathering designed to provide comfort, connection, and guidance.
