Our seven-week sessions meet for two hours each week, offering a compassionate space where individuals aged 17 and up can share their grief journey and find solace. Groups are formed based on interest, and once at least four participants are confirmed, we begin the healing journey together. Sessions are held multiple times a year, creating ongoing opportunities for growth, understanding, and support.

Our program offers separate groups for 12-14 year olds, 15-17 year olds and adults (18+), tailored to conquer emotional challenges and manage mild anxiety and depression proactively. Join us on this empowering six-week journey towards understanding and better mental well-being.
Grieving is a difficult journey for both adults and children, but as a caregiver, you play a critical role in guiding your child through loss while navigating your own grief. Our four-week group, Supporting Children Through Loss, is designed to equip parents and caregivers with the knowledge, tools, and emotional support they need to help children process grief in a healthy and meaningful way. Pre-registration is encouraged as there is a 12 person limit for in person groups and an 8 person limit for online groups
